LEMON CAYENNE GINGER WATER

This lemon cayenne ginger water has a kick, but will help kick your metabolism into gear!

Ingredients:
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1″ Ginger
  • 1 Pinch Cayenne Pepper
  • 4 Cups Purified Water

Directions:

Really? Well, ok. Just mix that shit up and drink it!

Enjoy! Try not to breath fire afterwards 🙂
