Vegan Parmesan Cheese

Recipe from Minimalist Baker.

Makes 1 cup of cheesy goodness.

  • 3/4 cup (90 g) raw cashews
  • 3 Tbsp (9 g) nutritional yeast
  • 3/4 tsp pink Himalayan salt
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor and mix/pulse until fine.
